Wood Burner Swimming Pool Heater is the newest addition to our ECO range of environmentally friendly but cost effective pool products. The ECO Wood Burning Pool Heater is the ideal all year round swimming pool heater that uses logs, a renewable bio-fuel, which will heat a swimming pool quickly, effectively and cheaply with minimum effect on the environment. ECO wood burner swimming pool heater will suit all swimming pools up to 32ft x 16ft with a maximum of 70,000 litres or 15,000 gallons.

A Wood Burning Swimming Pool Heater has excellent environmental credentials, as burning wood simply releases the same carbon back into the atmosphere as if the wood died naturally and was left to rot. So wood is actually a carbon-lean fuel. For maximum sustainability, wood obtained from managed sources ensures a carbon-in, carbon-out cycle. In other words, the carbon dioxide released by burning the wood is equivalent to the carbon dioxide absorbed during the tree's lifetime.

The ECO Wood Burning Swimming Pool Heater is ideal for any swimming pool owner that would like to heat their swimming pool all year round quickly without the usual expense of installation or running costs that gas, oil or electric heaters have. Heat Pumps have previously been the cheapest method for heating your swimming pool, but heat pumps, although exceptionally cheap to run, have the drawback of being a relatively slow form of swimming pool heating. With an ECO wood burning swimming pool heater you can have the speed of a gas heater but with the running costs of the more efficient heat pump.

The ECO Wood Burning Swimming Pool Heater has a marine aluminium heat exchanger that will produce 50KW or 170,000 BTU of heat and is easily capable of increasing the temperature of the majority of domestic pools both quickly & cheaply. As the heat exchanger is Marine Aluminium it is suitable for Salt Water Swimming Pools.

The ECO wood burning swimming pool heater will heat a 10ft x 20ft x 4ft deep pool in April from Cold (17°C) to 27°in under 5 ½ hours, using only £5 worth of seasoned logs. Compare that to your current heater. It will heat the water in a 30ft x 15ft x 4ft deep pool in only 11 hours.

The ECO Wood Burning Swimming Pool Heater will add 4°C per hour for every 10,000 litres or 1 cubic meter of water. That's nearly 4°C every 2 hours on a 20ft x 10ft swimming pool so topping up the heat in the swimming pool is also quick and cheap.

A decent quality Heat Retention or Solar Cover is essential when the ECO Wood Burning Swimming Pool Heater is being used to heat your pool.
